Settling an estate that includes fine jewellery
A sensitive, discreet route for estate and inherited fine jewellery in Singapore — independent valuation, authentication and sale, handled with care for families and executors.
Valuing jewellery fairly for division among heirs
When an estate is shared between several heirs, the jewellery has to be valued fairly before anything can be divided or sold. We provide an independent assessment of each piece — brand, condition, materials and current market demand — so beneficiaries have an impartial figure to work from, rather than a sentimental guess or a lowball counter-offer.
Working alongside executors and estate lawyers
We are used to working to the pace and paperwork of estate administration. We can liaise with the executor or the family’s lawyer, provide written valuations for the estate’s records, and only proceed to sale when the estate is ready and authorised to do so. Nothing is rushed, and nothing happens without instruction.
Discretion for the family
Estate matters are private. Pieces are never listed publicly under the family’s name, buyers never learn who the seller is, and the whole process is handled quietly. For particularly sensitive pieces, a sale can be arranged privately to selected buyers only, never shown in the public collection.
How the process works
We arrange a discreet, insured collection, authenticate each piece independently, and present it to genuine buyers at its true market value. The buyer pays the estate directly and the piece is delivered only once funds are confirmed — so proceeds go to the estate cleanly, less a single transparent fee.
