The Luxury Courier is an independent intermediary for pre-owned fine jewellery in Singapore — neutral between buyer and seller, and confidential for both.
How we work
The Luxury Courier sits between buyer and seller as a managed intermediary. We collect the piece, authenticate it independently, and deliver it once the buyer has paid the seller directly and inspected the piece. We take custody of the goods, never your money — which keeps the transaction simple, and keeps us out of the payments licensing regime.
Neutrality & discretion
We are never a party to the sale and never take a side. Buyer and seller never meet, never exchange names, and never see each other’s contact details or address — all communication is mediated through us. There is no shopfront and no public listing under your name; a piece can even be offered privately to selected buyers only.
Authentication & standards
Every piece is examined in hand before it changes hands — hallmarks and serials verified, metal analysed by XRF, gemstones reviewed. Because our finding is independent of the seller, it is impartial. Authentication is mandatory and is completed before any funds move.
Credentials & compliance
We operate in Singapore and hold members to identity verification (KYC) before transacting, with records kept in line with the obligations that apply to dealers in precious stones and metals. Personal data is handled under the PDPA, and access to any personal detail is restricted to our operations team.
